Iron Dog Announces 2026 Pro Class Purse Totaling Over $281,000

The Iron Dog Race is proud to announce the 2026 Pro Class purse, continuing the tradition of rewarding the grit, endurance, and skill required to compete in the world’s longest, toughest snowmobile race.

For 2026, the Pro Class purse includes:

🏆 1st Place — $90,000
🏆2nd Place — $50,000
🏆3rd Place — $30,000
🏆4th Place — $20,000
🏆5th Place — $10,000

In addition to cash prizes, Iron Dog is offering discounted entry incentives for top finishers in the 2027 race.

🎫 6th Place — 100% entry fee waived (estimated value:$3,755)
🎫 7th Place — 75% entry fee waived (estimated value:$2,816)
🎫 8th Place — 50% entry fee waived (estimated value:$1,878)

Along with $72,800 in contingency prizes, the 2026 Pro Class purse reaches $272,800 in cash and contingency awards, with an additional estimated $8,450 in entry-fee incentives, bringing the total prize value to over $281,000.
